By accessing and using the services of AI Masters, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

AI Masters offers AI education, implementation consulting, and business development through its programs, with specifics detailed in individual enrollment agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

Members must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, use services lawfully, comply with regulations, and actively participate in program requirements.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in enrollment agreements and are non-refundable after services begin. Late payments incur charges and risk service suspension.

5. SMS Terms and TCPA Compliance

You consent to receive SMS messages related to your program participation, including appointment reminders, program updates, and educational content. Up to 10 messages may be received monthly. Opt out by texting STOP.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to AI Masters remains the exclusive property of AI Masters indefinitely.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business strategies, and trade secrets disclosed during participation.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business results, income levels, or revenue targets. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is capped at fees paid; no coverage for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach; fees remain due through the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under U.S. law.
